A fierce desire to enhance the value of the retail professions, the conviction that continuous improvement and sharing are the source of professional and personal fulfillment, and Valérie Tallepied created RMS in 2008!
Her 20-year career in retail management at Dior couture, Burberry, Boss and Ferragamo, as well as an MBA in the USA, have enabled Valérie to build up her international retail management know-how.
Axelle Paitre joined RMS in 2013, coming from the hotel industry (Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne) and retail (Louis Vuitton) as a trainer.
She accentuates RMS's customer-centric orientation, becoming Associate Director in 2017.
She takes over the firm in 2023 with the aim of optimizing corporate performance while focusing on the development of their talents.
